  • How do I place a custom order?

    If you would like to place a catering order for a specific event, email us at orders@thehangrymoose.net and let us know what products you’re interested in and what day/time you will need the products.

  • How do I pre-order for one of your pop-ups?

    Join The Hangry Moose Herd Community list (thru our website or submit a request thru our contact page to be added) to get an email notification when orders for pop-ups open. Once orders are open, you can submit your order on our website.

  • What type of payment do you accept?

  • When is payment due?

    3 days (72 hours) prior to pick up. If payment is not received, your order may be cancelled.

  • What if I need to cancel my order?

    We will need at least 72 hour notification of a cancellation to avoid a cancellation penalty. We buy ingredients fresh for each order and buy only what we need to avoid waste. Some items are unique to our recipes and are special ordered.
